BiotechnologyJobs was founded in 2002 with a vision of providing an efficient, high value recruiting service specifically for the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics and biofuel industries, at a cost that makes it easy to engage our services on a routine basis. Our goal is to bring our clients the high-caliber talent that they expect when engaging an executive search firm, but at an affordable fixed cost that provides real value for our clients.
We attribute the longevity and success of BiotechnologyJobs.com to two things: the first is our unparalleled understanding of the biotech industry. Every Recruiting Associate at BiotechnologyJobs is a degreed scientist or engineer who has hands-on experience in the biotech industry. The second is that our business model allows us to forge a real partnership with our clients because they trust that we are presenting them with the best talent for their positions and are not motivated by the size of a success fee.
Our Management
Andrea Brennan, CEO A graduate of UCSD, Andrea spent the first ten years of her career working as an R&D Scientist and then as a Technical Services Manager/Fertility Specialist with a major diagnostics company. As the Fertility Specialist, she provided guidance for women who were struggling with fertility issues and realized that she was passionate about working with people and having a positive impact on their lives. BiotechnologyJobs was founded in 2002 to create a paradigm shift in recruiting, and its success has been driven, in part, by Andrea’s passion to affect positive change in peoples' lives.
